We will ensure the apartment is in like-new condition for your move-in day!

No, you do not have to be present for a service technician to perform work.

Yes, District at Duluth does have on-site maintenance.

Contact the leasing office for assistance or place a work order through our resident portal.

If you are locked out during business hours, you may contact the leasing office for assistance. You will need to contact a locksmith for any lock out that occur outside of business hours.

Amenities

Yes, parking is available.

We offer a resort-style pool, two dog parks with turf, a package locker, 24/7 clubhouse, fitness and business center, elevators in every building, and climate controlled corridors.

Yes, we are pet friendly. There is a limit of two pets per home.

We offer stainless steel Whirlpool appliances in all of our apartments.

We do not, however, we have several partners we recommend.

The pool is open year-around from 10 AM to 10 PM while the clubhouse, business and fitness center are open 24/7.

Parking is available in the parking lot and parking deck.

The average time to process an application is 24 - 48 hours from the moment we receive the required documents and information.

Rent can be paid in the office using a personal check, cashier's check, or money order or online using a debit card, credit card, or bank account. Rent is due on the 1st of each month.

No, you are not required to purchase renters insurance.

You can choose from AT&T, Comcast, and Google Fiber.

You will need to provide your ID to process your application.

We will setup your water and valet trash service. You will need to contact the electric company to establish your account for electricity. No utilities are included in your rent.

The administrative and application fees are non-refundable.

You can complete the application online using our website, DistrictatDuluth.com. Application fee is $125 per applicant and administrative fee is $250.

Location

There is a Park and Ride located 3.6 miles from our apartments which will service to Downtown Atlanta.

We are zoned for Harris Elementary, Duluth Middle, and Duluth High School.

We are located near several shops including Publix, Walgreens, Lidl Target, Home Depot, Whole Foods, Walmart and Aldi.
